Welcome to Zebrafish. By accessing or using our app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Zebrafish provides facial symmetry and aesthetic balance analytics (“Predictions”) for educational and entertainment purposes only. Predictions are probabilistic and do not represent any objective measurement of attractiveness, beauty, or health.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Credits & Payments
- Credits are consumable units used for generating Predictions. All sales are final unless required by law.
- We may change pricing prospectively. Existing purchases remain unaffected.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store card details.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload images of other people without their consent.
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the Service.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
5. Content & Privacy
- You retain rights to your uploads. You grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the Service.
- We do not use user uploads for model training or third-party analytics.

6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Zebrafish makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results should not be interpreted as scientific, diagnostic, or medical information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Zebrafish (Private Const Pty Ltd) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantees, warranties, rights, or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are encouraged to delete their data using in-app features at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
